Description
Preparation Stage
- Ensure the substrate is stable, flat, and level. Set up layout markers or string lines to ensure a neat and organized tile installation.
- Thoroughly clear the surface of any debris, dust, or contaminants.
- Before installation, lightly dampen both the tiles and the application area with clean water to ensure optimal moisture balance.
Mixing Stage

Use a mixing ratio of 1 : 5 (1 part water to 5 parts powder).

Pour the water into a mixing bucket first, then gradually add the ECO-460 Submerged Tile Adhesive (25 kg) powder.

Mix the water and powder thoroughly until a smooth, lump-free consistency is achieved. You may use either a hand mixer (electric) or a notched trowel/cement spoon.
Application Stage

Apply the adhesive manually using a notched trowel, following standard professional tiling practices.

The ideal adhesive bed thickness is ± 3mm.
