Application Guide: ECO-101 Waterproof Plaster (Trasram)
Preparation Stage
- Prepare the workspace and the specific wall area to be plastered.
- Set up level markers or “screed dots” to ensure a perfectly flat and uniform plastering result.
- Clean the substrate thoroughly. Ensure it is free from debris, dust, and oil, as these can weaken the adhesion of the mortar.
- Dampen the surface with clean water before application to ensure optimal bonding.
Mixing Stage
- Pour approximately 8 liters of clean water into a mixing bucket for every 40kg bag of ECO-101.
- Gradually add the ECO-101 Waterproof Plaster dry mix into the water.
- Stir the mixture thoroughly until it reaches a smooth and consistent texture.
Application Stage
- Standard Application: Apply the plaster using standard masonry techniques.
- Recommended Thickness: The ideal application thickness is 10 mm to ensure maximum protection and durability.
