Application Preparation
- Prepare the area, set up the workspace and the surface to be plastered/puttied.
- Surface cleaning, ensure the substrate is free from debris, dirt, moss, and oil. A clean surface is essential to maintain maximum adhesion.
Mixing Stage
- Pour approximately 7 liters of clean water into a mixing bucket for every bag of ECO-220 Instant Wall Putty.
- Gradually add the ECO-220 powder into the water.
- Stir until the mixture is smooth and consistent. You may use a hand mixer for better results.
- Pro-Tips: Avoid over-mixing, as this may cause the mixture to dry faster.
- Ensure each new batch is not contaminated with previous mixtures or other product types.
3. Application Stage

Apply the putty as usual, then level and smooth it using a flat trowel.

The ideal thickness is ± 1.5 mm, depending on the surface evenness (maximum thickness of 3 mm).

No sanding or rubbing with sandpaper/cement bags is required to achieve a smooth finish.
