Description

Prepare the workspace where the AAC blocks (thinbed) will be installed.
Set up sufficient level markers and string lines to ensure the wall is perfectly straight and plumb.
Clear the substrate of any debris, dust, moss, or oil, as these contaminants can weaken the bond strength.
It is recommended to lightly dampen the thinbed with water before installation to prevent them from absorbing moisture from the adhesive.

Pour approximately 8–9 liters of clean water into a mixing bucket for every bag of ECO-380.
Gradually add the ECO-380 Thinbed Adhesive powder into the water.
Stir the mixture thoroughly until smooth and consistent. For the best results, using an electric mixer is highly recommended.

Apply the adhesive manually using a notched trowel (roskam bergigi) as per standard masonry practices.
The ideal adhesive thickness (joint thickness) is ± 3 mm.
