Description
Preparation Stage
- Prepare the workspace and the specific wall area to be rendered.
- Install Leveling Guides, set up level markers or screed dots to ensure a perfectly flat and uniform surface.
- Thoroughly clean the substrate. Ensure it is free from debris, dust, and oil, as these contaminants can significantly reduce the adhesion of the mortar.
- Pre-wetting, dampen the surface with clean water before application to ensure optimal bonding and prevent the wall from absorbing water from the mix.
Mixing Stage
- Pour approximately 8 liters of clean water into a mixing bucket for every 40kg bag of ECO-290.
- Gradually add the ECO-290 Render dry mix into the water.
- Stir the mixture thoroughly until it reaches a smooth and consistent texture.
Application Stage
- Apply the render using standard plastering techniques.
- Recommended Thickness, ideal application thickness is 5 mm to achieve a smooth, paint-ready finish.
