Application Guidelines
Preparation Stage for Floor Screed
- Prepare the substrate (sub-floor) that is to be leveled.
- Install level markers or guides (screed battens/guides) to ensure a perfectly flat and even finish across the entire area.
- Thoroughly clean the substrate. Ensure it is free from debris, dust, and oil, as these contaminants can significantly reduce the adhesion of the mixture.
- Lightly dampen the surface with water before starting the application to prevent the substrate from absorbing too much moisture from the mortar.
Mixing Stage
- Pour ±8liters of clean water into a mixing bucket for every bag of ECO-301 Plaster

Gradually add the ECO-301 powder into the water.

Stir the mixture until it reaches a smooth, lump-free consistency. For best results, using an electric mixer is highly recommended.
Application Stage
- Apply the mixture manually as per standard practice, then level and smooth it using a flat trowel or a straightedge,
- The ideal thickness is ± 10mm, depending on the flatness of the substrate.
