Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue sales leads across large, medium, and small-scale construction projects.

  • Drive sales for instant mortar (dry-mix cement) products specifically within the construction and building material project segments.

  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with architects, contractors, developers, and other key stakeholders.

  • Handle customer complaints promptly and effectively to maintain and enhance high levels of customer satisfaction.

  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth sales processes and on-time product delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any field.

  • Must possess a valid SIM A (driver’s license).

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sales Supervisor in the building materials industry, specifically targeting the project segment (experience with cement/mortar products is highly preferred).

  • Deep understanding of the Building Materials Industry, including product segmentation, product substitution, market trends, and competitor landscape.

  • Proven ability to build and sustain networks with architects, contractors, developers, and stakeholders.

Location: Surabaya, Malang

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Implement effective sales strategies based on market conditions to consistently achieve sales targets.

  • Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to ensure all established sales targets are met.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with retail stores, outlets, and distributors to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Handle customer complaints promptly and effectively, ensuring professional problem-solving.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any field.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Retail Sales Supervisor. (Experience in the building materials industry is a significant advantage).

  • Strong understanding of the Building Materials Industry, including product segmentation, product substitution, market trends, and competitor analysis (preferred).

  • Proven ability to manage and lead a team to hit performance targets.

  • Must possess a valid SIM A (driver’s license).

Location: Lumajang, Banyuwangi, Nganjuk, Lamongan, Kediri, Mojokerto

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  •  Take full responsibility for reaching and exceeding established sales targets.

  • Provide comprehensive product knowledge and technical demonstrations to customers to ensure they understand the benefits of ECO Mortar.

  • Execute work programs and sales strategies designed to boost market penetration and revenue.

  • Conduct promotional activities targeting retail stores or end-users according to the pre-determined marketing plan.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum High School Graduate (SMU/K) or equivalent in any field.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to handle market challenges.

  • Possess good leadership qualities to manage territories and personal targets effectively.

Location: Serang, Cianjur, Sukabumi, Gorontalo, Samarinda, Makassar, Bali

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and create product mock-ups for demonstration and testing purposes. Ensure all mock-ups align with technical specifications and specific project requirements.

  • Act as a facilitator during workshops and gatherings for masons/applicators. Ensure all participants understand correct product usage and application techniques through practical demonstrations and training materials.

  • Conduct in-depth analysis to identify the root cause of customer complaints on-site. Develop effective solutions to resolve issues and prevent future occurrences.

  • Systematically record all analysis results and implemented solutions to ensure traceability and maintain strict quality control standards.

  • Ensure all tools and materials used for mock-ups and testing are well-maintained and properly calibrated.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Vocational High School (SMK) graduate, majoring in Building Construction, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role (Technical Support/Construction Field Officer).

  • Deep knowledge of instant mortar products, their properties, and professional application techniques.

 

Location: Jember

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Accurately input sales data and invoices into the company’s internal system.

  • Prepare and issue Delivery Orders (Surat Jalan) for goods shipment.

  • Record and manage Purchase Orders (PO) submitted by the Sales team.

  • Verify and cross-check returned Delivery Orders against the official receipts to ensure all goods are properly acknowledged.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).

  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and experienced in using ERP systems or similar database software.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for coordinating with sales and warehouse departments.

  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy in handling documents.

Location: Jember

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Operate the forklift safely and efficiently to move goods and materials within the warehouse.

  • Ensure the safety of yourself, others, and the goods by strictly adhering to established workplace safety procedures (K3).

  • Perform routine pre-operation and post-operation inspections to ensure the forklift is in optimal and roadworthy condition.

  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the forklift operating area and its surroundings.

  • Execute all work instructions accurately and follow the supervisor’s directions effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum High School Graduate (SMU/K) or equivalent.

  • Must possess a valid and active SIO (Surat Izin Operator).

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Forklift Operator.

  • Basic understanding of forklift inspection and preventive maintenance.

  • Physically and mentally fit; must not have allergies to dust.

 

Location: Bondowoso, Banyuwangi, Situbondo, Lumajang, Jember, Tulungagung, Kediri, Blitar, Trenggalek.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Deliver invoices, bills, and receipts to customers’ addresses accurately and on time, while informing them of their payment obligations.

  • Collect issued Bank Guarantees (BG) from customers and manage all billing documents securely to ensure completeness and prevent any loss or damage.

  • Professionally remind customers of overdue payments to encourage timely settlement and maintain the company’s healthy cash flow.

  • Prepare periodic collection reports for the Admin Collector, identify problematic accounts (bad debts), and evaluate the effectiveness of collection strategies to improve the collection ratio.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum High School Graduate (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Field Collection.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for professional negotiation.

  • Highly honest, disciplined, and responsible.

  • Must possess a valid SIM C (motorcycle license).

  • Must have a personal vehicle for field duties.

Location: Surabaya, Gresik, Sidoarjo

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail stores (Pareto accounts), applicators, and end-users through effective communication and negotiation.

  • Work mobile within the assigned territory with a strong orientation toward achieving revenue (turnover) targets.

  • Drive sell-out (sales from store to user) and increase sell-in (sales to the store) through strategic demand creation activities.

  • Conduct on-site demonstrations and education regarding mortar applications, including lightweight bricklaying, rendering (plaster), thin-bed plastering, and wall putty.

  • Perform routine visits and out-of-town duty trips as assigned.

  • Maintain discipline in preparing and submitting daily/weekly reports independently.

  • Work with integrity, proactivity, and resilience in a fast-paced field environment.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum High School Graduate (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.

  • Any major, with a preference for Marketing or Building Construction/Civil Engineering.

  • Preferably at least 1 year of experience as a Field Sales, Canvasser, or Demand Creation officer in the building materials industry. (Fresh graduates with high motivation and willingness to learn are welcome to apply).

  • Must possess a personal motorcycle and a valid SIM C.

Tugas dan tanggung jawab:

  • Membuat dan menjalankan rencana pemasaran baik secara digital maupun tradisional (aktivasi, event, promosi langsung).

  • Mengelola koordinasi dengan tim internal dan eksternal untuk pelaksanaan event, kampanye promosi, dan aktivasi brand.

  • Membantu monitoring materi promosi (katalog, merchandise, dan lainnya) serta memastikan pelaksanaannya tepat sasaran.

  • Menjalin hubungan baik dengan customer/outlet dan mendukung kebutuhan promosi mereka.

  • Pengalaman minimal 1 tahun di bidang marketing activation, event, customer relation, atau promosi (fresh graduate dipertimbangkan jika aktif berorganisasi dan memiliki minat kuat di bidang pemasaran).

  • Komunikatif, proaktif, dan memiliki inisiatif tinggi.

  • Berpengalaman dalam koordinasi event, promosi, atau kampanye pemasaran.

  • Terampil mengelola administrasi kegiatan pemasaran (laporan, dokumentasi, evaluasi).

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

  • Mengembangkan dan membuat mock up produk semen mortar untuk demonstrasi, pengujian, dan kebutuhan pelatihan, serta memastikan kesesuaian dengan spesifikasi teknis dan kebutuhan proyek.

  • Merancang dan membuat alat display atau demokit untuk membantu edukasi dan promosi teknis produk mortar.

  • Menjadi fasilitator dalam workshop dan gathering dengan tukang, serta memastikan peserta memahami penggunaan dan teknik aplikasi produk mortar.

  • Menyusun dan menyampaikan materi pelatihan serta demonstrasi praktis agar pengetahuan teknis tersampaikan dengan jelas dan efektif.

  • Memastikan alat dan bahan dalam kondisi baik dan terkalibrasi sebelum digunakan dalam demonstrasi atau pelatihan.

  • Memberikan dukungan teknis kepada tim sales dan customer dalam proses aplikasi produk, termasuk menindaklanjuti kebutuhan teknis di lapangan.

  • Menerima dan membantu penyelesaian komplain/claim dari customer terkait aplikasi produk.


Otoritas & Wewenang

  • Menentukan metode, bahan, dan media yang digunakan dalam pembuatan mock up dan demokit produk semen mortar.

  • Berkoordinasi dengan tim pelatihan dan departemen terkait untuk kelancaran pelaksanaan workshop dan demonstrasi teknis.

  • Mengawasi penggunaan alat dan bahan selama proses pembuatan mock up, demokit, dan kegiatan workshop.


Kualifikasi Umum

  • Pendidikan: Minimal SMA/SMK.

  • Jurusan: Teknik Bangunan, Teknik Sipil, atau sejenisnya.

  • Pengalaman Kerja: Minimal 2–3 tahun di bidang yang sama, khususnya di industri konstruksi atau bahan bangunan.


Kualifikasi Khusus

  • Kemampuan Komunikasi: Mampu menjelaskan informasi teknis dengan cara yang mudah dipahami oleh tukang, klien, maupun pengguna non-teknis.

  • Kemampuan Pemecahan Masalah: Terampil dalam mendiagnosis dan menyelesaikan masalah teknis terkait aplikasi produk mortar.

  • Pengetahuan Produk: Memahami karakteristik dan aplikasi produk mortar, serta teknik aplikasi yang tepat.

  • Pelatihan & Presentasi: Mampu memberikan pelatihan langsung, menyusun materi edukatif, dan membuat mock up serta demokit sebagai alat bantu.

  • Keterampilan Interpersonal: Mampu bekerja sama dengan tim sales, marketing, dan divisi lainnya serta membangun komunikasi efektif dengan customer.
