Conduct in-depth analysis to identify the root cause of customer complaints on-site. Develop effective solutions to resolve issues and prevent future occurrences.
Systematically record all analysis results and implemented solutions to ensure traceability and maintain strict quality control standards.
Ensure all tools and materials used for mock-ups and testing are well-maintained and properly calibrated.
Minimum Vocational High School (SMK) graduate, majoring in Building Construction, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

Prepare and issue Delivery Orders (Surat Jalan) for goods shipment.
Record and manage Purchase Orders (PO) submitted by the Sales team.
Verify and cross-check returned Delivery Orders against the official receipts to ensure all goods are properly acknowledged.

Prepare periodic collection reports for the Admin Collector, identify problematic accounts (bad debts), and evaluate the effectiveness of collection strategies to improve the collection ratio.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail stores (Pareto accounts), applicators, and end-users through effective communication and negotiation.
Work mobile within the assigned territory with a strong orientation toward achieving revenue (turnover) targets.
Drive sell-out (sales from store to user) and increase sell-in (sales to the store) through strategic demand creation activities.

Pengalaman Kerja: Minimal 2–3 tahun di bidang yang sama, khususnya di industri konstruksi atau bahan bangunan.
Kemampuan Komunikasi: Mampu menjelaskan informasi teknis dengan cara yang mudah dipahami oleh tukang, klien, maupun pengguna non-teknis.
