Application Guide: ECO-301 Wall Plaster

1. Preparation Stage

• Prepare the work area that needs to be leveled.

• Install level markers (screed dots) or guides to ensure a flat and uniform finish.

• Thoroughly clean the substrate. Ensure it is free from debris, dust, and oil, as these contaminants can significantly reduce adhesion.

• Dampen the base surface with clean water before application to prevent the substrate from absorbing moisture from the mortar.

2. Mixing Stage

• Pour approximately 8 liters of clean water into a mixing bucket for every bag of ECO-301 Plaster.

• Gradually add the ECO-301 powder into the water.

• Stir the mixture until it reaches a smooth and consistent texture. Using an electric mixer is recommended for optimal results.

3. Application Stage 

• Dampen the dry brick surface with clean water before applying the plaster.

•  se an appropriate plastering trowel for the application.

• Use a long aluminum straightedge to level the surface and achieve a flat finish.

• The ideal plastering thickness is 10 mm.
